Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Verichainhub, all of our products and services are 100% digital. We specialize in providing custom B2B supply chain due diligence, company background checks, and risk assessment reports.

Because our deliverables consist of professional digital intelligence, we do not ship any physical products.

1. Delivery Method

  • All completed due diligence reports (PDF format) are delivered electronically.

  • Reports will be sent directly to the email address provided by the customer during checkout. In certain cases, a secure download link may also be provided.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times depend on the specific tier of service purchased and the complexity of the research required:

  • Basic Verification: Delivered within 12 to 24 hours.

  • Standard Risk Assessment (Pro): Delivered within 24 to 48 hours.

  • Full Due Diligence / Custom Audits: Delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

Note: Delivery timeframes begin from the moment we successfully receive the required, accurate supplier information (such as the company's official Chinese name or USCC) from you.

3. Delays & Business Hours

  • Our research team operates from Monday to Friday (CST - China Standard Time). Orders placed on weekends or official Chinese holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • While we strive to meet all estimated turnaround times, occasional delays may occur due to public registry maintenance, system updates, or the need for advanced data verification. If a significant delay is expected, we will notify you via email.

4. Incorrect Information Notice

It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide accurate supplier details (such as the correct Chinese corporate name or Unified Social Credit Code) at checkout. Verichainhub is not responsible for delivery delays or research errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
