SECTION 3 - ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Verichainhub reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Verichainhub confirms acceptance and processes your payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Because our reports require immediate allocation of research labor and digital data compilation, once an order is placed and research has commenced, cancellations or refunds are strictly governed by our Refund Policy (https://verichainhub.com/policies/refund-policy).

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own internal business risk assessment use only and shall not be relied upon by any un-contracted third parties, nor used for unlawful harassment, defamation, or illegal industrial espionage.

Because our products consist of custom digital research and PDF due diligence reports, we do not utilize physical shipping carriers.

All delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by system outages, public data source maintenance, or events outside our control. Once a digital report is dispatched via email or download link, the fulfillment obligation is deemed completed.

  • Data Latency & Accuracy: Public registry updates in China may experience administrative or technical latency. We assume zero liability for inaccuracies, omissions, or un-updated information originating directly from government or third-party database sources.

  • Solely for Informational Reference: Our reports constitute professional business intelligence and opinions for preliminary assessment only; they do NOT constitute formal legal advice, financial underwriting, or a guarantee against commercial fraud.

IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, THE MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF Verichainhub TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO A PURCHASED REPORT SHALL BE STRICTLY CAPPED AT AND LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO Verichainhub FOR THAT SPECIFIC REPORT.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Verichainhub, Shopify, and our affiliates from any losses, damages, legal fees, or third-party claims arising out of (i) your breach of these Terms of Service, (ii) your misuse of the data provided in our reports, or (iii) any commercial disputes between you and the third-party supplier investigated.
