Because our services involve proprietary research, digital data analysis, and professional labor conducted by independent auditors, our refund and cancellation policy is structured as follows:

1. Digital Nature of Services

All products and services sold on verichainhub.com are digital consulting services resulting in a customized PDF report delivered via email or digital download. We do not ship any physical products, and therefore, standard physical return shipping policies do not apply.

2. Order Cancellation & Full Refunds

  • You are eligible for a 100% full refund only if you cancel your order before our team has started the investigation or data collection process (typically within 2 to 3 hours of placing the order).

  • To request a cancellation, you must immediately contact us at chinaverify@outlook.com with your Order ID.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Due to the immediate allocation of professional resources and the digital nature of our deliverables, no refunds will be issued once:

  • Our audit, research, or data-gathering process has officially commenced.

  • The final Due Diligence Report (PDF) has been compiled, delivered, or sent to your provided email address.

  • You are unsatisfied with the results of the report (e.g., if the report uncovers that your supplier is high-risk or a trading company). Please note: Our job is to deliver accurate, objective business intelligence based on official registries, regardless of whether the outcome is positive or negative for your business.

4. Errors & Report Revisions

If you believe there is a factual error, typo, or missing core data point in your delivered report caused by our oversight, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at chinaverify@outlook.com. We will review the data and, if necessary, issue an updated or revised report at no additional cost.

5. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

We maintain strict records of digital delivery, communication logs, and official registry data sources. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without contacting our support team first will be contested with full evidentiary documentation submitted to payment processors (PayPal/Stripe) and relevant financial institutions.
